Scope

This imprint applies to all websites operated by Dennis Josek, including sleekwp.com, blockstudio.dev, inline0.com, dennn.is, oneclick.pro, kickstartui.com, the OneClick Pro tool websites and the inline0 open source documentation websites.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). If you have a complaint, please write to hi@dennn.is and we will do our best to resolve it directly.

Liability for content

We create the content of our websites with care. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information that we transmit or store, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity (§§ 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only begins when we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such an infringement, we will remove the content concerned without delay.

Liability for links

Our websites contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no control. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. We checked linked pages for possible legal violations at the time of linking and found no illegal content. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the link without delay.

The content and works on our websites are subject to German copyright law unless stated otherwise. Open source software published by us is licensed under the licence stated in its repository. Any reproduction, editing, distribution or other use beyond the limits of copyright law or the applicable licence requires our prior written consent.
